how do I open a zip.file?
You can double left-click on the folder with your mouse to open the folder.
OR you can right-click on it and press ''extract all''
Can I get a different size emote?
Ofcourse! It's easily done, but different size for you custom emote adds additional costs to your invoice. Would you like a pre-made emote in a different size? Just send me a message and I'll see what I can do for you!
Why is my emote so pixelated?
Most streaming services only accept small sized images. Therefore when you zoom in on the png you see it's very pixelated. Don't worry your emotes/badges will still look good once uploaded!
How long do commissions take?
One singular emote/badge usually takes me 2/3 days, max: 1 week. Multiple items have a max delivery time of 3 weeks. If you have a deadline feel free to contact me and I'm sure we can figure something out.
